Re: Kartboys KB110

Bugger went to put radiator back in last night after having it refurbed........................doesn't fit, very weird as it came out of the car when I stripped it. Only thing I can think of is that the old radiator support panel may have been modified as this has been replaced Ohh damn. Hopefully ...

Re: Forum Upgrades

Well done Ging, I have been able to get some threads started today, you have been doing a great job. One link I used a lot on the old format was 'New Posts' and I guess 'Active Posts' if not logged on. I see these are now under 'Quick Links' which is great if you know or know to look, but not as ea...

Re: Forum Upgrades

Hey Ging, The update seems to have lost tapatalk support? When trying to log in to the forum from tapatalk, I get a sql error. Yeah I had been planning to get the forums to 3.2 before installing any of the extensions. Tapatalk extension has been uploaded and enabled. (but I don't have the app anymo...

Re: Forum Upgrades

So the SQL issue you guys were getting when attempting to create a new post was due to the database migration from the old forums to the new didn't quite make all the needed changes. I made a change to allow the last post subject field to be null which has meant the new posts work. Ill need to test ...

Re: Forum Upgrades

Well done Ging, Are we changing hosts at this stage also? We were going to. Unfortunately with Go Daddy's hosting migration from old servers to new servers taking so long and the timing of renewal (tonight) we had no choice but to renew hosting. We will still migrate to a closer virtual private ser...

Re: Forum Upgrades

Absolutely full credit to Ging, who has had to deal with all sorts of shit to get this done. So I don’t want to show nothing but appreciation for his work. but wondering if there are other styles we can add to the forum layout. Even if we can adjust per user preference, is there something that can ...

Re: Forum Upgrades

Yeah... So Godaddy shit the bed 3 times in the last week. First, their migration failed to migrate the forum database which caused their whole migration script to fail. Only reason why the migration got started again was because I rang them on Wednesday to find the fault. They restarted it and said ...

Re: Forum Upgrades

So yesterday I started the migration from the old service to a new version of the same service (forced to do that to enable ssh on the hosting we already have). This I thought might take minutes or maybe up to an hour to migrate so I moved the forums to another folder and put up a migration page. Th...
